What is Awareness Coaching?

Awareness Coaching uncovers self-limiting thoughts and beliefs, empowering you to
transform them.
It´s a journey of self-discovery, where you learn to identify and challenge the
subconscious patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. During this work we
focus on emotions, thought, behaviours and body. Together, we create a space for
you to reconnect with your inner truth, embrace your authenticity, and live with
greater clarity and purpose.

What is Relationship Coaching?

Relationship coaching helps you understand your relations with others and resolve
interpersonal issues.
Relationships are at the heart of our lives—whether with a partner, family, friends, or
colleagues. Relationship coaching helps you build healthier, more fulfilling
connections by understanding your needs, improving communication, and letting go
of unhelpful dynamics. It’s also about strengthening your relationship with yourself, as
self-awareness and self-love are the foundation for meaningful connections.
Throughout our lives—starting from the most formative first three years, influenced by
our primary caregivers, school years, peers, first heartbreak, and so on—we make
decisions, form beliefs, and create patterns that shape our lives.

We often ask ourselves:

  • Why me?

  • Why do these things keep happening?

  • Why do I get sick?

  • Why do I attract the same type of partner?

  • Why do my relationships always end the same way?

  • etc.


The answer lies in our subconscious patterns and beliefs, which often guide our lives
without us realizing it. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. By becoming aware of
these patterns, we gain the power to make new choices, shape our path, and
experience freedom and self-empowerment. We can heal, build healthy relationships,
and live in alignment with our true, authentic selves.

How I Work

I combine coaching, yoga, and mindfulness to create a holistic approach tailored to your unique needs. My sessions provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your challenges and goals. Together, we work on: - Uncovering limiting beliefs and shifting your perspective. - Building emotional resilience and self-confidence. - Navigating conflicts and creating deeper connections. - Cultivating mindfulness and balance to support your growth. My unique coaching experience is grounded in psychotherapeutic and psychological knowledge, enriched by a humanistic philosophy. My coaching approach is designed to foster psychological growth by focusing on your resources and unlocking your potential. I deeply believe in every individual’s innate ability for creative growth and constructive change—an essential principle rooted in humanistic philosophy. In my practice, I see humans as holistic beings, integrating their biological, psychological, and social dimensions. Each person is a dynamic whole, naturally striving for self-realization, personal growth, autonomy, authenticity, and fulfilling relationships. This perspective shapes how I guide and support you on your journey to transformation. With a strong psychological foundation, I help you understand why we act and react in certain ways—how patterns are formed, where they come from, and how they influence our lives. Many of these patterns are closely tied to suppressed emotions, which we’ve often learned to avoid because society tells us they’re “wrong” or because we fear they’ll overwhelm us. However, unprocessed emotions can hold us back, shaping our behaviours and relationships in ways we might not even realize. We often find ourselves caught in negative thought and emotion spirals, reinforcing cycles of fear and limitation. Yet, as the law of attraction teaches, what we focus on and believe determines what we attract into our lives. By consciously shifting our focus, transforming our beliefs, and cultivating positive habits, we can attract what we truly desire and consciously create a fulfilling life. As part of this journey, my coaching helps you build confidence, inner trust, and self- assurance. Even though we cannot control external circumstances, we can develop such a deep connection to ourselves that no outside event can throw us off balance. Through cultivating self-awareness and a strong inner center, you can navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and unwavering trust in your own abilities. Drawing from my educational background and personal development path, I combine various approaches and tools to provide an integrative coaching experience. These include elements of Gestalt therapy, the Psychology of Vision, CertyCoach methodologies, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and psychosocial development. This holistic approach works on multiple levels—emotional, physical, mental, and intuitive—acknowledging that challenges often cannot be solved at the same level where they were created. By exploring these deeper layers, understanding the roots of your patterns, and learning to process emotions and shift focus, you can regain your power and find freedom. Together, we will uncover the resources already within you, overcome life’s challenges, and guide you toward a life filled with confidence, purpose, and fulfillment.
